I first heard about Cariant at my school’s OT career fair. Cariant seemed different from the other travel companies I had encountered—honest, down-to-earth, fun, and personal. I loved the way your recruiter works with you (and stays with you) for your placement. Knowing they’re owned and managed by therapists also made a huge difference in my book. My classmates and I were impressed by their values as a company and comprehensive benefits. Mentorship is important for me as a new graduate so I was also intrigued when the recruiter told us they try to match new grads with facilities that offer longer placements with mentorship.
