Get to know Tricia

As Cariant’s Director of HR, Tricia handles a lot of “customer service” for our employees. She works with all new hires and coordinates benefits packages from year to year. She started with the company in 1999 and has served in many roles including recruiter and handling payroll. She has stayed because of the people and because “it truly is a family-friendly employer,” which was really important as Tricia was raising her two boys. She loves all things summer, like the beach and flip-flops, but stays in Nebraska because of the little people who call her “Gigi.”
