Get to know Laura

Laura Tatten leads our human resources team with a focus on improving the employee experience. Her love for HR started in high school when she knew she wanted to work in business and help people solve problems. A lifelong Omaha native, Laura is deeply connected to her Nebraska roots. She’s been friends with her husband since first grade, and together they have three daughters and two sons. When she’s not working, Laura’s cheering on her kids—and the Huskers—at games, or planning trips to sunny destinations with her family.
