Dominique (Dom) Hawkins is a recruiter with six years of experience helping candidates find the right opportunities. He is from Bellevue, Nebraska but grew up moving frequently, having grown up in a military family. Dom thrives on building strong relationships and guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process—from creating their profile through contract completion.

Outside of work, Dom is passionate about fitness and vlogs his workouts for social media. He also has a tradition of getting a tattoo from every place he visits around the world. He lives by the words of Denzel Washington: “Without commitment, you’ll never start, but more importantly, without consistency, you’ll never finish.” At home, Dom values the time he spends with his fiancée, two children and their two pit bulls.
