Brittani Bates is a recruiter and account manager. She thrives in Cariant’s team-focused environment and values going the extra mile to help her travelers succeed. Although she once dreamed of becoming a nurse, Brittani found her true calling in supporting the nurses and other healthcare workers who care for so many.

A former athlete who held the National Youth Athletics Championship record in mini javelin, Brittani now enjoys spending her free time reading, journaling, painting — and catching sunrises and sunsets whevever she can. While she wouldn’t call herself a golfer, Britani loves a good round or two of Topgolf and never misses a good movie. She is passionate about making a difference for the healthcare professionals she supports every day.
