Ashley Johnson strives to build strategic partnerships with MSPs to drive profitability and deliver exceptional value to our partners. With a background as a surgical technologist and teacher before transitioning to healthcare staffing, she approaches challenges with a unique perspective and dedication.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys staying active with her kids and dog, and often spends time outdoors for yoga and paddleboarding. A fun fact: she once spent a year taming wild raccoons and feeding them by hand.

Ashley is inspired by Maya Angelou’s words: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” She believes in continuously learning and growing, both in her work and personal life.
