Get to know Aaron
Aaron’s path to recruiting has been anything but ordinary. Before joining Cariant, he spent a decade running an Omaha steakhouse, then several years in car financing. The common thread through it all? Relationships. “You have a small window of time to build trust, and after that it’s about being attentive,” he says.
That ability to listen and connect has served Aaron well during his many years with Cariant. As a father of four—three of them girls—he’s had plenty of practice in attentiveness outside of work, too. These days he’s traded in ties for the laid-back yet professional environment at Cariant which he’s grown to appreciate.
With roots in Alaska (he was born there) and the fitting middle name Winter, Aaron’s background is as distinctive as the relationships he builds with travelers
