Hamilton, Ohio native Scott Schuckman has been recruiting for nearly two decades. He enjoys building lasting friendships with his travelers while helping them succeed. He was first encouraged to enter this career field by a high school friend who recognized his natural ability to connect with people,

Outside of work, Scott is a hands-on DIYer who loves building and landscaping, cheering on lacrosse and football, and enjoying horror movies and Halloween traditions. He has been married to his best friend, Jennifer, for over 20 years. They have two children, Adilee and Zach, and four dogs who keep their home lively. Scott lives by the motto: “Never let success get to your head. Never let failure get to your heart.”
