How does Cariant recruit its employees? We do it several ways. We go to the larger national trade conventions like AOTA, university career fairs, healthcare and therapy websites such as Absolutelyhealthcare.com, along with more traditional ones like Careerbuilder. These are all ways that we have successfully brought on new employees. What is our most successful recruiting method? Referrals.
We get referrals from a variety of sources. Most common is from our current or past employees. If you’re currently working for us, or have previously, you know how we operate. Cariant is part of a larger therapy-specific company, RehabVisions. RehabVisions is a family and therapist-owned company that provides Cariant with extended resources and knowledge in the therapy field. Our current and former employees know the advantages this relationship provides and, over the years, have been a great source of new employees by sharing the experiences they’ve had working for Cariant.
We also get referrals from therapists we’ve come in contact with over the years that remembered us and how we approached them. Rehab manager and directors at facilities will also steer therapists our way based on their previous experiences with Cariant and our employees.
Other than the feeling of helping someone secure employment, what other reason would you have to refer someone to Cariant? How about a referral bonus of $500 to $1000 per referral? We offer $500 for referring a PTA or COTA and $1000 for a PT, OT or SLP. We pay these bonuses to you whether you are a current, former or just someone that we’ve come in contact with recently or in the past.
