Get to know Scott
An appreciation for the outdoors runs in Scott’s family. It’s celebrated each summer at the Hoffman stag fishing trip, held at a stretch of family cabins along the Missouri River. Scott is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, where he got his degree in Horticulture from the University of Nebraska. This father of two worked in custom landscaping before switching to recruiting for the better work/life balance. Scott says he has “always had a knack for drawing” and still creates landscape designs during his free time.
