Audrey MontesDeOca

Recruiter Audrey Montes De Oca is originally from the beach town of Torrance, California. She brings a warm, community-focused approach to her role—something she developed through years of public-facing work, including a career in banking. Audrey made the leap to travel healthcare to continue helping people in a more flexible, impactful way.

When she’s not working, Audrey stays busy raising her blended family of four kids, three dogs and two cats. She’s active in the haunted house community during Halloween season and helps with events at Bellevue Berry Farm in the spring and summer. Her weekends often include road trips with her son and their dogs, practicing FX makeup and costume design, or relaxing with a baseball or basketball game on the couch.

Named after actress Audrey Hepburn, our Audrey (who also goes by the nickname “Charlie”) lives by the spirit of one of her favorite quotes from the movie Sabrina—to fully embrace life rather than watch from the sidelines.
