New Grad Travel Therapy: Mentorship and Other Perks

We’ve been working with new therapy graduates since 2001 and have gotten pretty good about introducing adventurous therapists to the world of travel therapy. We’re excited to be introducing our new mentorship program.

Travel Mentors

New travelers (recently graduated and Cariant will be your first job working as a licensed therapist) are eligible for our mentorship program. Your dedicated recruiter will match you with a Travel Mentor prior to starting your first assignment. Travel Mentors have multiple assignments with us under their belt and mentor new travelers within their therapy discipline. Your assigned mentor will be available to answer questions during your first few travel assignments.

Clinical Mentors

Because we are a therapist-owned company, we are also connected to a tenured team of therapists (PT, OT and SLP) who understand the ins and outs of therapy departments. After you’ve gotten used to the pace of travel, you’ll have access to these Clinical Mentors. Each with more than 15 years’ experience, they are a wealth of knowledge for any treatment-related questions or concerns.

Other Perks

We also support our new grad travelers with CEU reimbursement up to $400 per calendar year and a $1,500 New Grad Bonus (PT, OT and SLP) once certain eligibility requirements are met. And our favorite perkyour dedicated recruiter. The person who has your back, no matter where in the country you want to go.

Feeling more confident about hitting the road? Apply now and get started on the journey.

  1. This inspirational thread is r/t Therapist I’m a LPN. Is this a site for Nurse’s as well?

    1. Hi Monitque! Yes, Cariant has a travel nursing division and we work with LPNs to place them in travel opportunities across the US.
